Customer Sales Representative [Australia]


 

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage with customers visiting our stall, showcasing a warm and welcoming demeanour.

- Reaching out to the customer to turn them into potential leads.

- Effectively introduce our range of mortgage services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.

- Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about our mortgage offerings.

- The role will see you working permanent part time across a seven (7) day roster

- Maintain a tidy and organized stall appearance to create an inviting atmosphere.

- Provide outstanding customer service that exceeds customer expectations.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated sales experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging with diverse customers.

- Basic understanding of mortgage services or willingness to learn.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Apprenticeship, Internship, Graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 - 38 per week

Salary: $23.92 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
