Your responsibilities:
- Manage the employer brands of Magnax, Traxial, and Axyal:
Create branding and communication material to attract new talent via social media.
Drive, manage, and implement digital marketing campaigns and company projects.
Be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence and improving our websites as we grow.
Work with all internal teams, including product marketing, innovation, and support functions such as HR.
Track the success of your communication initiatives and manage your communication budget.
- Be the driving force behind employee engagement initiatives. This includes the Monthly Newsletter, organizing quarterly All Hands Meetings, and various events such as frequent social and sporty events, as well as the annual teambuilding day.
- Managing internal communication channels in Teams (SharePoint Intranet channels).
- Report to the CEO of Traxial.
Who are we looking for?
- You hold a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, visual design, advertising, digital media,... with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build strong relationships with both internal and external partners. A shared passion for e-mobility and what’s going on in the market is a plus.
- You have excellent written and communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You are proficient in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or are eager to learn those skills). Making short videos in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software is a plus.
- You can adapt to change and manage a wide range of projects in a scale-up company.
- You are self-driven and proactive, with a positive can-do attitude.
