Role:
As an Intake Coordinator, you will manage our client intake process in conjunction with our clinicians and other departments. You will be responsible for guiding clients from initial contact to start of services across all of our centers. You will serve as an important representative of our organization to our communities and will help build a positive client experience from the very beginning of their care journey with us.

Job Duties:
Manage the intake process with prospective clients from initial contact to start of services, including tracking openings and availability for intakes by center, monitoring intake progress, and corresponding with clients throughout their intake process
Coordinate with Center Directors and other clinicians on client tours and intake paperwork
Answer incoming phone calls throughout the day and triage inquiries to the appropriate departments
Respond to questions from prospective clients
Track progress of onboarding clients, including follow-up with clients as needed
Coordinate with Prior Authorization and Billing team regarding onboarding steps for clients
Assist with other related intake initiatives and duties
Job Requirements:
2+ years client/patient intake experience within healthcare
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and clientele.
Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills.
Comfortable handling and managing regular customer / client phone calls throughout the day
Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs to meet required timelines
Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google G-Suite
Physical requirements include the ability to sit for 80% of the day, and may include intermittently standing, stooping and bending.
