As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in Capgemini Business. You will monitor daily sales operations and provide support for sales processes , both T&M and FT/FP.
We are looking for a person, who will:
- Handle the subcontractor negotiation
-
Communicate with procurement
Prepare PowerPoint slides for monthly meetings
Assist in sales forecast preparation
Support client proposals and financial approval processes
- Search and investigate of new client contacts
- Review and manage of Jira tasks
- Handle the T&M new people onboarding and project financial monitoring management
- Manage external vendors relationship
- Handle all administrative duties for the sales department, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
What do we need from you?
- Proven verbal and written communication and administrative skills
- Ability to create and work with reports
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in similar role connected to customer service , sales , or business support
- Fluency in both Czech and English language
- Strong time management and organization
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
What else is nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, economics, etc.
- Hands on experience with CRM systems
