Are you passionate about developing leaders and driving organizational success? We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Leadership Development Trainer to join our team at Go Answer. As a leader in Customer Care, we recognize the critical role of effective leadership in delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop engaging university type curriculum with both e-learning and facilitator/instruction lead content focused on leadership development for our call center environment.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Create interactive and multimedia-rich learning materials, including videos, simulations, assessments, and case studies, to enhance the learning experience.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create effective and learner-centric training modules.
  • Incorporate gamification and other innovative techniques to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analyses to identify areas of focus for leadership development.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in e-learning technologies to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials through assessments, surveys, and learner feedback, and make necessary improvements as required.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, a related field, or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in designing and developing e-learning content, particularly in the area of leadership development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools such as [Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate,] or similar platforms.
  • Experience in creating multimedia-rich and interactive learning experiences, including videos, simulations, and assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of call center operations and an understanding of leadership challenges in a customer service environment is a plus.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM and other e-learning standards.
