Our Service Excellence Team is intensely focused on providing exceptional experiences for our customers and consumer. We are currently on the lookout for a passionate, talented teammate who is looking to affect change and streamline processes to provide world class service as a Service Excellence Executive. This is a permanent role, based in our Auckland office in Fanshawe Street.
In this phoned based role you would be the point of contact for our accounts and Lion Partners.
- Inputting customer orders
- Managing exceptions
- Handling customer concerns or queries
- Delivery and warehouse investigations.
Ultimately, we are looking for innovators and owners in this space who will manage the full end to end process and seek to improve. Whilst knowledge of our systems would be great, the ability to challenge why we do things is key.
