**You must reside within a 60 min drive to an existing Sonic Automotive or Echo Park Dealership location**

- Do you enjoy interacting with guests on inbound and outbound phone calls?
The Guest Experience Center Agent is responsible for making service appointments and making outbound follow-up calls.
- Upbeat attitude and professional disposition
- Highly proficient data entry and phone skills
- Nights and Weekend schedule availability required
- Work from Home setup (Quiet, distraction-free, reliable internet, etc.)
As of now, we do need our work from home teammates to be an hour or closer to a Sonic Automotive or Echo Park location, and to live in a state that we currently do business in.
