Job Description & Responsibility :
- Search for land/property and build a good relationship with landowners
- Determine client's projects and financial abilities to propose solutions
- Provide guidance and assist clients in purchasing land/property for the best price under the best terms
- Able to do negotiation processes with the land owners and consult with clients on market conditions
- Showing properties/lands to potential buyers.
- legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, etc) and cooperate with attorneys
- Develop networks with the community
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
