Marketing Assistant [Turkey]

 

KWS Türk is in search of their new team member to work as " Marketing Assistant" in their marketing department. The position holder will be based in Eskişehir headquarters. This position is full-time and unlimited.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Content creation for the social media platforms.
• Supporting development and implementation of marketing activities.
• Supporting events organization such as field days, customer presentations, special campaigns in close collaboration with sales teams.
• Marketing gadgets organization. Planning and delivering marketing gadgets, keeping track reports.
• Preparing presentations, activity reports and analysis when required, and submitting it to the management.
• Supporting management with ad-hoc process improvement projects or special campaigns.
• Ensuring all activities are done in accordance with corporate templates.
• Closely following KWS updates and global marketing compaigns.
• Working in close collaboration with all Business Units and Global Marketing Team to address support needs and development requirements.
• Delivering communicational materials to all business units within KWS Türk.

Key competencies and skills required:

• Graduate degree from relevant fields such as Marketing, Business Administration, Communication.
• Good knowledge of marketing and market research methods.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in multinational companies, preferably in agriculture sector.
• Proficient user of basic IT tools and MS Office (Office 365, CRM software, Sales Force)
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Good understanding of business, proficient in data analysis and reporting
• No restrictions to travel in the country and abroad
• For male candidates, military service must have been completed.
