Urgently hiring for Maintenance Supervisor (Arabic Speaker) preferably with Real Estate and Facility Management experience available locally in Qatar. Locally available in Qatar with transferable QID and NOC.
- Responsible in implementing, overseeing and monitoring all maintenance matters of compound. Maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and other areas of the compound.
- Managing a team to attend all breakdown maintenance calls.
- Technicians allocation (Job Card) and Monitoring of job card closing.
- Routine inspection of common areas, fixing and reporting to Management.
- Coordination with subcontractor in regards to maintenance works.
- Perform a regular inspections and ensure the all irregularities are checked and rectified immediately.
- Providing knowledge of the prevailing MEP codes of practice, regulations, and specifications.

Salary: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
