ROLE SUMMARY
Cash CoE Analyst is responsible for daily operation for SAP clearing process of resolved bank transactions such as Vendor payments, T&E, Customer collections, Funding transactions, and Manual Journal entries posting for Payroll, Bank Charges, Taxes, and Local Payments etc. The scope includes APAC, AfME, CEER, LATAM region. Analyst is also play key role in internal and external global project for process improvement.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily clearing process for resolved bank transactions such as Vendor payments, T&E, Customer collections, Funding transactions,
- Manual Journal entry posting Payroll, Bank Charges, Taxes, and Local Payments etc
- Ensure operations fully adhere to internal and external compliance requirements
- Drive/participate process continuous improvement
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong English Communication Skills
- A proven track record in delivering results
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Accounting compliance mindset
- Exhibit energy and passion with the ability to get things done
- Influence others with the power of persuasion
- Proficient with Microsoft office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 3+ years of related financial experience
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- SAP experience is preferred
- Accounting certification is preferred
