Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a BI
Operations Analyst. As a BI Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and
maintaining the organization's business intelligence systems and providing valuable insights
through data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities
for improvement, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure the smooth functioning of our BI
operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving
skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions. Additionally, expertise in ERP
systems, specifically Oracle, POS and Salesforce, will be crucial for this role.
Responsibilities:
Gathering, managing, and analyze data from a variety of sources, including transactional
systems, financial systems and operational databases.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide meaningful
insights to key decision-makers.
Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries.
work with senior management and stakeholders to understand their needs and
requirements and deliver BI solutions that meet those needs.
Monitor data quality and integrity, proactively identifying and resolving data issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BI systems
and tools.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, Business Analytics or a related
field.
2+ years of experience in business analytics or a related field in a global company.
Expertise in ERP systems, specifically Oracle, POS and Salesforce.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Exceptional self-learning abilities to continuously acquire new skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and
deadlines.
Proven ability to effectively manage internal organizational interfaces.
Demonstrated flexible thinking skills to approach challenges creatively and adapt to
changing business needs.
Excellent proficiency in Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, BusinessObjects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
