Job Title: Manufacturing Analytics and Reporting Expert
City, Country: Heerlen, the Netherlands (other countries in Europe might be considered)

This role leads the shaping and delivery of data analytics use cases as well as the shaping and delivery of reporting solutions for the Manufacturing domain with a focus on collecting and leveraging time series data as well as transactional data from SAP and other sources. Working with the BU's, Digital & Tech and other GOE & GSC teams, the role holder will gather requirements, determine solution directioning for use cases, prepare project proposals and feasilibility studies, coordinate and be involved in the mentioned deliveries to create insights and actionability from our data and analytics tools to create business value at BU and Group level.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead internal ME Operations Data, Reporting & Analytics Initiatives and Projects
- Coordinate collaboration between GOE, BU, Digital&Tech for data analytics & reporting topics within Manufacturing
- Provide input to the Manufacturing data & reporting strategy to support the BU and Group vision
- Participate in building a multi year Data & Analytics roadmap to support the different functional Performance Management roadmaps
- Act as product owner for defined Data & Anaytics solutions

- Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 82,000 to € 117,000 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more
You bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology discipline
- Over 5 years of proven experience in managerial/technology/(maintenance-) engineering roles in operations and project management, including experience in coordinating complex cross functional data and analytics projects
- Passion for the field of digitization and data analytics in operations
- Conceptually strong, pro-active and self-propelling attitude
- Good technical knowledge of data architectures and reporting & analytics tools
- Good knowledge of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains
