Shipping Clerk / General Clerk [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor order and shipment schedules
  • Ensure due completion of each order
  • Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations
  • Maintain shipping and receiving records and documentation
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve any shipping or logistics issues
  • Responsible for general office paper works and administrative duties
  • Prepare and pack samples for delivery

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above, 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Previous experience in Shipping department will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Full-time, Permanent (5-day work)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $15,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
