Therefore, our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team is recruiting for a newly created Head of Strategy and Performance (S&PD), Risk and Resilience, to report into the Head of GTO S&PD. In this role, you be given a license to shape strategy and identify business opportunities while driving end-to-end cross-functional program management delivery within our Technical Operations group (Manufacturing, Engineering Solutions, Packaging, Agronomy, etc).

Therefore, our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team is recruiting for a newly created Head of Strategy and Performance (S&PD), Risk and Resilience, to report into the Head of GTO S&PD. In this role, you be given a license to shape strategy and identify business opportunities while driving end-to-end cross-functional program management delivery within our Technical Operations group (Manufacturing, Engineering Solutions, Packaging, Agronomy, etc).
Main Accountabilities:
- In this role you will assume full ownership to build, refresh, review, integrate and implement 3- year financial risk mitigation strategy plans for the Operations function, while defining objectives, goals, strategies, measures, and its governance (including functional reviews)
- You will be proactive while leading the emerging agenda for the function, being responsible for the operations & functional strategy narrative
- Serve as an integral part of our Operations strategy community by providing thought leadership and co-owning the 3 years Operations strategy cycle with the Operations Strategy & Results Delivery (OSRD) team
- Co-define & lead the digital roadmap development while resolving the strategic requirements for digital solutions
- Drive, prioritise and allocate resources for strategic and multi-functional horizontal projects, building new ways of working and value creation initiatives at every opportunity
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Risk Management, Engineering, or other Finance related fields
- 10+ years of experience working on risk & controls, auditing and risk management in a complex organization
- Proven track record of successfully being able to identify potential financial and operational risks across the various business units (internal and external) and develop/implement strategies to mitigate and monitor those risks
- Your background includes validated global Program Management experience and evidence of transposing strategies into concrete deployments and implementations
- An experienced leader who is comfortable delivering in a constantly evolving environment, and who can remain strategically agile while maintaining an ethos of teamwork and collaboration
