- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production
- Position Title: Production Planner – 5 days
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3200 + $100 Transport Allowances + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Production planning based on sales orders.
- Execute material planning based on production orders.
- Allocate and optimize production planning based on the availability of capacity and material.
- Generate production planning and raw material availability reports.
- Processing of cross-company Purchase orders.
- Handle purchase requisition to support internal purchasing activities.
- Liaise with stakeholders to meet the delivery timeline.
- Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers.
- Update and ensure adherence to the relevant ISO QMS Requirements as documented in our quality management system.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Min. 2 years experience in material or production planning (electronics/ semiconductor industry)
