Hall Print Solutions services the trade industry with ingenious print solutions for marketing, branding, promotional companies. We also cater for the industrial manufacturing companies with print and decals. We are in operation for over 25 years.
The role would be for a pre-press designer for mocking and proofing prints along with been a customer facing employee on the phones, allowing for client relations development, and in turn developing your position in the company if desired.
Day to day dealing and integration with the company processes are required, we are looking for an individual that has great knowledge of the industry in Ireland and has experience in direct customer facing role.
Duties include:
- Graphic design and setup for printing
- Day to day dealing with new and repeat customers.
- Working with our clients to develop a great service and repeat business, so you will have the opportunity to develop and build the customer, and not just be stuck doing production graphics.
- Mock-up visuals of product with print, liaise with the customer and production.
- Prepare files for prepress, approving visuals with customers
- Liaise with print production manager and office managers.
- Learn large format printing and file preparation for processing printing.
Requirements:
- Great Knowledge of CS and Design packages
- Great technical thinking and logical problem solving.
- Great personality and Excellent communication skills for dealing with management, the production team, and clients.
- Excellent customer interactions and teamwork planning with other office members
- Minimum of 3+ years’ Experience of working in one or more of the following, print, promotional, signage companies in Ireland.
